By placing an order you agree to these terms, governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.

Products & pricing

• Handloom sarees carry natural irregularities; these are not defects.
• Screen colours vary. We describe colour honestly and will help if a saree is genuinely mis-described.
• Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. We may change prices, but not for a confirmed order.

Orders

• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a saree is out of stock or an obvious pricing error occurred.
• Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.
